JP & Susan Parks
JP proudly served our country in the Air Force and met his wife Susan while he was stationed at McChord Air Force Base in Washington State.
Our family has been active in the housing market since 1989. Our involvement includes land development, site-built homes and as factory built homes. The number of homes we have been involved with is in the thousands.
We have functioned as developer in several subdivisions as well as several factory built home communities in East Tennessee. We are currently involved as a principal with several new subdivisions in East Tennessee.
We are enormously proud of our projects and the homes and communities provided to East Tennessee families.

Kimberly Parks
Kim has over 25 years of experience in Construction Business Management and Accounting. She has been involved in many areas and markets including fast paced new home construction, factory built homes and land development.
Kim enjoys finding and utilizing innovative technologies to help make managing projects and bookkeeping more streamlined and current in today’s rapidly changing landscape.
Besides the satisfaction of being part of helping individuals and families acquire their dream of home/land ownership or helping businesses develop their portfolios, Kim is a voracious reader and also loves to spoil her dog, Pippa.
Business Manager
Michael Parks
With over 26 years of experience in Land Development, Residential and Commercial construction industry, Michael brings a vast array of knowledge to the business.
He has worked from the ground up from actual applications to Project Management and Estimating. His experience includes homebuilding, factory built homes and commercial tenant improvement projects.
During his career, Michael has completed several thousand projects. Michael is a lifelong fan of the Seattle Seahawks and UT Vols. He even spent part of his youth selling sodas at Neyland Stadium during UT games.
